The FoundationClinical Supervision & Organisational Consultation
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers, providing clinical supervision for social workers and allied health professionals, as well as consultation and advisory support for organisations working in complex mental health, trauma, domestic and family violence, sexual assault, and high risk contexts.
With over 17 years of experience across hospital, community, child protection, and specialist trauma settings, I offer grounded, reflective supervision and consultation focused on risk assessment, safety planning, ethical decision making, and strengthening clinical and organisational responses in complex systems.
Individual supervision, organisational consultation, and tailored training are available.
Common ExperiencesWho seeks supervision or consultation?
Supervision is suited to practitioners and organisations working in complex and high risk contexts, including domestic and family violence, coercive control, sexual assault, child protection, extensive safety planning, post separation abuse, workplace exploitation, and cases involving overlapping mental health and systemic risk.
It is a structured space to strengthen clinical judgement, ethical decision making, policy development, and coordinated responses in complex systems.
