New Client Centre

You’ve done the hard part.

Deciding to reach out is often the heaviest lift. I’ve tried to make everything that follows as simple and transparent as possible.

What happens next.

I prefer clarity over mystery. Here is exactly what the onboarding process looks like at We Heal.

Step 1

Schedule your consultation.

Schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call. We’ll discuss what you’re seeking support for, how I work, and whether we’re the right fit. We’ll also clarify the appropriate booking pathway.

Step 2

Complete welcome forms.

If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive secure online intake and consent forms, along with important practice information. These are completed prior to booking your first session so our time together can focus fully on you.

Step 3

Begin your therapy journey.

Once your forms are complete and any required documentation is in place (such as a GP referral for Medicare or approval through Victims Services), you can book your first appointment. From there, we begin our work together — grounded, collaborative, and focused on meaningful progress.

Investment

Fees & Session Rates

Therapy is an investment of your time, energy, and financial resources. I provide clear, upfront information about session fees and payment processes so you can make informed decisions without uncertainty.

  • A standard individual therapy session is 5O minutes long.

    Session Fee: $220 / session.

  • I also offer extended individual therapy sessions:

    80 minutes - $320 / session

    110 minutes - $420 / session

Please note that medicare rebates are not available for extended sessions.

  • A valid Mental Health Care Plan and referral from your GP or psychiatrist is required prior to your first session.

Medicare provides a rebate of $87.45 per 50-minute session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year (subject to GP review).

Full payment is required at the time of your appointment, and the rebate can be processed on your behalf after the session.

  • If you have an approved counselling support package through Victims Services NSW, you may be eligible for funded counselling sessions.

Victims Services provides financial support for people impacted by violent crime in NSW, including domestic and family violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse.

You will need a current approval letter and reference number before your first appointment.

Approved sessions are billed directly to Victims Services, and no out-of-pocket fee applies for authorised counselling hours.

  • I offer one-hour clinical supervision for social workers and practitioners working in domestic and family violence, child protection, sexual assault, high-risk contexts, and complex mental health.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 17 years’ experience across hospital, statutory, and community settings, I provide a reflective and structured space to strengthen formulation, risk assessment, ethical decision-making, and sustainable practice.

Supervision Fee: $180 per 60-minute session.

If you are an organisation seeking supervision or consultation for your staff, please enquire to discuss tailored arrangements.
