COMPASSIONATE CAREIndividual Therapy
A dedicated space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.
The FoundationWhat is individual therapy?
Individual therapy is a confidential, one-to-one therapeutic relationship between you and a qualified mental health professional. It is a structured and collaborative space where you can slow things down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening in your life.
You might come to therapy in response to trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, grief, or a major life transition. You might not have a clear reason at all, only a sense that something feels heavy, unclear, or unresolved. Both are valid starting points.
Therapy with me is grounded in trauma-informed and evidence-based practice. It is not about being judged or told what to do. It is about understanding your patterns, your history, and your strengths with honesty and care. Together, we work to build clarity, resilience, and steadiness at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Common concerns
-
I work at a slow and steady pace using trauma informed approaches, and you remain in control. We do not have to go into painful memories to begin supporting you.
-
That's completely normal, especially early on. I will help guide the conversation and ask questions that create space for reflection.
-
There's no fixed timeline. Some people find relief in 8-12 sessions; others work with a therapist for years. We'll regularly check in on your progress and goals.
