My services

Clarity is the first step. My approach isn't one-size-fits-all. I offer specialised, evidence-based therapy that is shaped around your story, your experiences, and what matters most to you.

VALUE

More than a method.
A partnership.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, not a prescription. My work is not about applying a fixed method or offering quick solutions but it is about working alongside you, with care and curiousity.

I begin my listening, to your story, your concerns, and the goals that may feel difficult to name. From there, we combine clinicial exptertise with genuine human connection to develop an approach that supports meaningful, sustainable change.

I am here to offer perspective, structure, and grounded support and you decide the pace.

Core Service Pathways

I help people navigate their most fragile moments.

Individual Therapy

I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for adolescents (16+) and adults. This is your space to untangle old narratives, process difficult experiences, and build a stronger, more authentic relationship with yourself.

Supervision

I provide specialist supervision and consultation for practitioners working with high-risk and complex mental health presentations, including domestic and family violence, coercive control, sexual assault, child protection, serious threat and risk, and complex trauma. I have supported social workers, doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals across clinical, business, and EAP settings, using a trauma-informed, reflective, and collaborative approach.

Victims Services Counselling

I am an approved Victims Services counsellor, providing trauma-informed counselling to people impacted by violence, abuse, and related harm. Support is offered in a way that prioritises safety, choice, and emotional wellbeing, and is guided by each person’s needs and readiness. Victims Services funding may be available for eligible clients.

Recognizing the signs

You don’t have to carry it all.

Life can feel overwhelming at times — particularly when stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, or emotional exhaustion begin to affect your sense of balance and wellbeing. You may find yourself feeling constantly on edge, emotionally reactive, shut down, or depleted, without always knowing why. You might recognize yourself here:

  • Support for when life feels relentless — anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or overwhelm — and you need somewhere steady to slow things down and regain balance.

  • Therapy to explore repeating emotional or relationship patterns, including conflict, self-doubt, or attachment stress, especially when insight alone hasn’t been enough.

  • Care through periods of separation, parenthood, loss, career change, or identity shifts, when familiar coping strategies no longer fit and uncertainty feels heightened.

  • Trauma-informed support for experiences of domestic and family violence, sexual assault, coercive control, and other forms of relational harm, shaped by safety, choice, and your readiness.

Finding Balance

Not sure where to start?

That's perfectly okay.

You don’t need to have the answers before reaching out. A free 15-minute consultation gives you space to share what’s been going on and ask any questions you may have.

I’ll listen carefully and help you consider the next steps, whether that means working together or finding the right support elsewhere.
