I provide individual counselling and trauma-informed therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults. I support people experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impacts of trauma, including domestic and family violence and sexual assault.

You can book a free 15-minute consultation online or contact me by phone or text to discuss options before booking sessions directly.

Sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth (video or phone). In-person appointments will be available in the near future.

No, you do not require a GP referral to book a session unless you are seeking a Medicare Rebate.

Each session runs for a total of 60 minutes, including approximately 50 minutes of therapeutic time and time set aside afterwards for clinical documentation and administration. You are able to book extended therapy sessions if required.

Trauma-informed therapy recognises how past experiences can influence emotional responses, relationships, and a sense of safety. It prioritises emotional safety, choice, collaboration, and pacing, rather than pushing for disclosure or change before you feel ready.

Yes. Medicare rebates of approximately $87 per session are available for eligible clients with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Yes. I am a Victims Services approved counsellor and provide counselling under the NSW Victims Support Scheme for eligible clients.

I understand that plans can change. This policy helps ensure I can offer consistent care and run a sustainable practice.
More than 48 hours’ notice: no cancellation fee
24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice: full session fee
Where possible, notice is always appreciated, and cancellations due to exceptional circumstances can be discussed.
